About Our Work
Winnie and Bev Design Collaborative is a surface pattern design studio offering both ready-made pattern collections and custom design services for wallpaper, fabric, and home decor. All design work is created by Holly — no AI-generated designs, no outsourcing. What you see is what you get.
Ready-Made Products
Our pattern designs are available for purchase through Spoonflower, an independent manufacturing platform. All orders, shipping, returns, and product quality are subject to Spoonflower's terms of service and policies. We recommend reviewing their policies before placing an order. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, we're happy to help — just reach out.
Custom Design Services
Custom design projects begin with an inquiry form. Submitting a form does not constitute a binding agreement — it simply starts a conversation. A project is confirmed only once we have agreed on scope, timeline, and fees in writing.
Intellectual Property
All original pattern designs created by Winnie and Bev Design Collaborative are our intellectual property. For ready-made collections sold through Spoonflower, standard personal and commercial use rights apply as outlined by Spoonflower's licensing terms.
For custom commissions, licensing terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement. Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, Winnie and Bev Design Collaborative retains the right to display custom work in our portfolio and use it in marketing materials.
Licensing Inquiries
If you are interested in licensing our patterns for commercial use beyond standard Spoonflower terms — such as for large-scale manufacturing, branded product lines, or exclusive use — please use our Licensing Inquiry Form. We handle each licensing request individually and will be transparent about pricing and terms.
Revisions & Approvals
Our custom design process includes a collaborative revision phase. The number of included revisions will be outlined in your project agreement. Final designs are considered approved once you provide written confirmation. We are not responsible for errors identified after final approval has been given.
Production & Samples
Once a custom design is finalized, it is uploaded to our manufacturing partner for purchase. We strongly recommend ordering a physical sample before committing to full production quantities. We cannot guarantee exact color matching between digital previews and printed output due to natural variation in printing and materials.
Payment
Payment terms for custom projects will be outlined in your individual project agreement. Ready-made product purchases are processed entirely through Spoonflower and are subject to their payment and refund policies.
Limitation of Liability
Winnie and Bev Design Collaborative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
